Public Offer: Agreement for the Purchase of a Kiddo Premium Subscription

1. General provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer by “Entertainment” LLC (the "Seller") to users of the Kiddo app and the kiddogame.uz website (the "User") to purchase a Kiddo Premium subscription (Articles 367 and 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan).

1.2. Paying for a subscription means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer. The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance.

1.3. The subscription is purchased by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. Kiddo is designed for children, but only a parent or legal guardian makes the payment.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. For the chosen period, the Seller gives the User the right to use the paid educational games, lessons and features of the Kiddo app (the Kiddo Premium subscription), and the User pays for it.

2.2. Subscription periods: 1 month, 3 months and 12 months. The price of each plan is shown in the app before payment (in Uzbek soum).

2.3. The subscription is a digital service; no physical goods are delivered.

3. Payment

3.1. The User chooses a plan in the app and taps "Pay". Payment is made on the page of the Bito Pay payment service, where the User chooses a convenient payment system (Click, Payme, Uzum and others).

3.2. Bank card details are processed only by the payment system and are not passed to the Seller.

3.3. A payment is considered made once the payment system confirms it. The electronic receipt is issued by the payment system.

4. Provision of the service

4.1. The subscription is activated automatically right after the payment is confirmed.

4.2. The subscription period starts at activation. If a subscription is already active, the new period is added to its end date.

4.3. A subscription bought under this offer does not renew automatically: no money is charged when the period ends.

5. Refunds

5.1. Once a subscription is active, the money is not refunded, except when: the payment went through but the subscription was not activated within 24 hours; money was charged more than once for one purchase; the service was not provided through the Seller's fault.

5.2. A refund request is sent within 14 days of payment to info@uicgames.uz, stating the date and amount of the payment and the account details in the app.

5.3. The request is reviewed within 10 working days. The money is returned by the same method used for payment; the payment system's own processing time may apply.

6. Obligations of the parties

6.1. The Seller provides access to the service for the paid period and protects the User's data in accordance with the privacy policy.

6.2. The User provides accurate details when paying, does not let others use their account and does not use the app for unlawful purposes.

7. Liability

7.1. The Seller is not liable for failures of the User's device, internet connection or payment systems.

7.2. In any case, the Seller's liability is limited to the amount the User paid for the subscription concerned.

8. Disputes

8.1. Disputes are settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard in court under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

9. Final provisions

9.1. The Seller may amend this offer. A new version takes effect when published on kiddogame.uz and does not change the terms of subscriptions already paid for.

9.2. Processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy: kiddogame.uz/privacy.
